The first production that Aladin Foods started is the oven for Arabic breads. The processes in the oven are fully automated – from kneading the dough to packaging. The production capacity is 68,000 breads per day and meets the needs of both the Aladin Foods chain of establishments and external clients.
Arabic breads are prepared according to an original recipe and contain only flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. They consist of two soft round flatbreads that are baked at a temperature of 690˚C – 750˚C. Each one is 1.5 to 2 mm thick and has no middle, which reduces the water content compared to traditional bread by ~28% - this is one of the reasons that makes Arabic breads faster and easier for the body to digest.
To obtain a quality end product, a special flour developed and refined by Aladin Foods' technologists in collaboration with the largest mills in Bulgaria is used.
